2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Weekend


 

Little League Alberta is hosting the Little League Alberta Annual General Meeting (AGM) Weekend, on Friday, January 23 and Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Hotel Arts in Calgary, Alberta.

This AGM weekend is designed to be more than a meeting. It is an opportunity to come together as a provincial community to engage in meaningful discussion and collaboration, and represents a significant opportunity for members to have a direct voice in shaping the future direction of Little League in Alberta. Your input, perspective, and participation are vital as we continue to grow and strengthen the program across the province.

We strongly encourage leagues and districts to be represented and to take advantage of this opportunity to contribute to the long-term success of Little League Alberta.

How do I register?

What is covered in my registration?

What is covered in your registration depends on what you register for! Below is a list of options for the weekend:

  • Full Weekend - Includes everything from the Opening Pitch & Networking Social and the Full Day Saturday options.
  • Opening Pitch & Networking Social (Friday Only) - Held at the Freestyle Social Club inside the Hotel Arts beginning at 8:00pm. Includes appetizers, one drink, and access to the golf simulators and the year-round poolside.
  • Full Day Saturday - Includes access to all workshops and the AGM, along with two snack breaks, continental breakfast, and lunch, as well as entry to the Little League Alberta Awards Dinner and Cocktail Mixer along with dinner provided.
  • Workshops and AGM (Saturday Day Only) - Includes access to all workshops and the AGM, along with two snack breaks, continental breakfast, and lunch.
  • Little League Alberta Awards Dinner (Saturday Night Only) - Includes entry to the LLA Awards Dinner and Cocktail Mixer along with dinner provided.
 

Are meals provided?

Meals provided varies on your level of registration as listed above.

 

Can I stay at the Hotel Arts during the AGM weekend?

Yes you can! If you wish to stay at the Hotel Arts between the 22nd and the 25th, you can book your hotel room at a discounted rate until January 12th. Bookings can be made clicking here: at the following link: CLICK HERE TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS

*Hotel booking does not confirm weekend registration, or vice versa. Please be sure to register and book your hotel rooms if you will need both.

 

Can I bring my spouse/partner/friend/guest/etc. to any of the weekend events?

Yes! Guests are invited to any and all of AGM Weekend. Please purchase the appropriate ticket for them when registering at the link found above.

 

What is the parking situation?

Registered hotel guests at the Hotel Arts will receive complimentary self-parking, including underground heated parking. If you are not staying at the hotel, parking is offered at a discounted $10/Day.
